RSF Leader Hemedti Addresses Northerners, Urges Troops to Press On
The leader of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo (Hemedti), has addressed the people of Northern Sudan, urging his troops to continue their advances without letting up.
In a speech, Hemedti congratulated his troops on their victories across various fronts, stating that the ball is now in the RSF’s court. He revealed that the enemy had concentrated its forces in Kordofan, where 70% had been eliminated, with the rest fleeing.
Hemedti warned civilians in areas to be entered by RSF troops to stay indoors, assuring them that his forces would not target civilians. He emphasized that the RSF aims to eradicate those he described as “evil brothers” and would not return to Jeddah.
The RSF leader claimed to have lists of targeted individuals in upcoming operations and urged civilians to stay home. He praised his troops as “heroes and lions” and expressed condolences for martyrs, wishing a speedy recovery to the wounded.
Hemedti accused the army of using chemical weapons, claiming the RSF has evidence. He stated that his forces would complete the remaining 30% of the enemy’s forces in the coming days.
The RSF leader also addressed specific groups, including those who fled from battles in Kordofan, and warned others, including some rebel leaders.
