The Sudan Liberation Movement (SLM) wishes to announce that its Chairman, Mr. Abdul Wahid Mohammed Ahmed Al-Nour, will embark on an official European tour beginning November 2, 2025. The tour will encompass several countries across the European Union.
The primary objective of this significant mission is to engage in high-level discussions aimed at facilitating the delivery of humanitarian relief and assistance to vulnerable populations affected by the ongoing war across all regions in Sudan. The Chairman will also seek to advance sincere and constructive efforts to end the devastating war through peaceful means, addressing the historical root causes of Sudan’s crises and paving the way toward a just and lasting peace.
This initiative and tour also aligns with and supports the efforts of the Quartet countries — the United States, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates — whose recent joint statement provides a practical framework for potential solution to the current war and beyond.
During his visit, Chairman Al-Nour will hold meetings with European governments, parliamentary representatives, policy-makers, civil society organizations, and international humanitarian and human rights institutions. He will also hold separate meetings with representatives from SLM foreign offices in the respective countries to present the latest national situation report on Sudan and outline the SLM’s proposed roadmap for peace and stability.
The Chairman will be accompanied by senior members of the Movement’s leadership:
Comrade Abdul Raziq Mohammed Isshaq, Head of External Relations
Comrade Jalal Ali Mohammed, Head of Foreign Offices
Comrade Ibrahim Muhajir Abdul Aal, Senior Leadership Member
Mohammed Abdelrahman Elnair
In charge of Media Sector and Spokesperson
Of the Sudan Liberation Movement/Army (SLM/A)
