Prime Minister issues a Decision Appointing Minister for Cabinet Affairs

The Prime Minister, Mr. Mohamed Hassan al-ltaishi, issued Decision No. (4) of 2025 pursuant to the provisions of Article (73)(a) of the Transitional Constitution of the Republic of Sudan (2025). The Decision provides for the appointment of Mr. Ibrahim Ahmed Mohamed Othman Al-Mirghani as Minister of Cabinet Affairs. The Decision also directs all state institutions and relevant authorities to take the necessary measures to implement it and act accordingly. The Prime Minister expressed his confidence that the leadership, experience, and sincerity of the newly appointed ministers will play a pivotal role in building the new Sudan and laying solid foundations for stability, progress, and prosperity, wishing them success in performing their duties with wisdom, insight, and a firm commitment to fulfilling the aspirations of the Sudanese people.
